📦 Return Window
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- After 7 days → No return. Only warranty / DOA support applicable
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Return is accepted only if the product is:
- Completely unused
- No scratches, dents, marks or cracks
- All labels & serial numbers intact
- Original box, packaging, manuals & accessories included
Any deviation → Return will be rejected
✔ Valid Return Reasons
- Damaged on arrival
- Not working on arrival (DOA)
❌ Return Not Accepted For
- Wrong product ordered
- Compatibility issue (especially with Indian toilets)
- Change of mind
- Hygiene concerns
- Used product
⚠ Special Compatibility Clause
If the product is ordered for Indian toilets, the return will
NOT be accepted, even if the product is unused.
🔍 Quality Check Process
- Complete inspection after receiving the product
- Any sign of use / damage / missing items → Return rejected
- Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer
📜 Final Decision
All return approvals are subject to the sole discretion of the
